The Inner World of Man (Values)The Inner World of Man
The Role of Attitudes, Values and Self Perception in Human Functioning Schematic Presentation
![]() Introduction Man is an entity that is both dynamic and constant. The dynamic aspect of the human inner self is revealed in our behavior. Nobody is really able to anticipate precisely what someone is going to do. Human behavior in any given situation is too unpredictable for that. In every situation there is a unique interaction among will power, reason, emotions and body. Nevertheless, having said that, there is a certain amount of predictability linked to human behavior. A specific person will tend to react to specific situations more or less in similar fashion - even if his or her behavior differs in detail from situation to situation.
It is precisely the question of this constancy in human behavior that necessitate a closer look at the more permanent functioning structures which are induced in the human self as a result of the interaction among different functioning dimensions.
