The field of interaction amongst the various dimensions can actually be divided into two aspects. On one hand there is the spontaneous unique interaction that takes place among the assorted dimensions in every situation. This interaction has been described in various ways when the point is made that we as human beings act as a gestalt in every situation...that all of our human facets
are involved in every situation. Within this interim field of interaction no permanent structures are formed. Each situation is experienced in a unique manner, interpreted and handled by way of unique decisions and actions. However, permanent (long-term) interaction structures are also formed. These interaction structures are constructs fashioned from the inputs of the various functioning dimensions. They continue to exist as a kind of fundamental set of principles or functioning contract. As such they constitute the core of human functioning and also form the source of motivation for behaviour.
