Man within his Systems and Roles

Each person functions within specific systems and then interprets a specific role within each system. Firstly the individual is seen as a system which is in interaction with all the other systems it comes in contact with. Active mutual affects occurs between all these systems.

A person’s functioning changes with regards to each system with which it comes in contact with and the role he or she has to or wants to play within that system.
It is important for the individual that all these systems which he wants to be part of, must be acceptable to him.

A person for example comes in contact with the pastor, employer, political convictions, teachers, economists, the Receiver of Revenue, traffic officials, etc. and each time that a person steps into interaction with any of these systems, his functioning changes with reference to the role which he performs at that stage.
