Registration: Registration is required to participate in FQGlobal assessments, or in any promotion or competition that may be run by FQGlobal. You will be asked for Personal information as part of the registration process. FQGlobal minimum age for the use of the assessments must be 16 years or older, without exception and it is not FQGlobals responsibility to verify such ages.  Upon registration the following information would be essential Full Name, email address, telephone number, street address, home town, country and postal code.

Additional Personal Information: will be collected through use of the site including all assessments through responses to questions, or through various offers that may provided on site from time to time. FQGlobal may collect and retain Personal Information relating to email marketing sent to, and opened by, employers, teachers, parents or relevant Goverment authority from what so ever cause arising out of the use of FQGlobal's assessment or website.

Indeminity FQGlobal and others: We reserve the right to access, use, preserve or disclose personal information: as required by law , regulation, legal process or governmental request and when we believe that access, use, preservation or disclosure is necessary to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety and / or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, legal process or governmental request served upon our company; enforce the terms and conditions of FQGlobal Limited, including investigation of potential violations; and to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:  FQGlobal may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about our user database with Partners, Promoters and Affiliates which could include demographics, usage, or characteristics of FQGlobal's participation as a group. We may also share with Promoters usage information about users who have utilized our services or assessments for the purpose of formatting future training or marketing campaigns and or upgrading user information used in reporting statistics. This information could be collected by the tracking of some pages you may visit on FQGlobal's or affiliated websites through the use of pixel tags.

Merger/Acquisitions: If FQGlobal becomes involved in any merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will not be responsible for ensuring that you are notified that your Personal Information is transferred. Personal information collected by FQGlobal are stored in our system normally for a period of one year for administration purposes before being deleted automatically.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on you to update or correct your personal information whenever necessary.

Children

FQGlobal does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not provide us with your personal information. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their personal information, please contact us at the address given above and we will delete that information from our databases.

Users under 16 years of age are not allowed to participate in our assessments that are offered by FQGlobal. FQGlobal is not responsible for information obtained from underage users who have provided false information regarding their age. However, in these instances parents may visit the FQGlobal "Contact Us" page and request the child's personal information be removed. FQGlobal is not responsible for any offers presented to underage users who have provided false information regarding their age. Parents must contact offer providers directly.
