In 2002 he started studying human functioning and in 2005 he graduated from the Commonwealth Open University - Doctorial in Interdisciplinary Studies -"Functional Intelligence" which in real terms means the quantification of human functioning within a defined environment. He qualified as an Electrical Engineer in 1979 and has specialized in Logical Functioning and Behavioral Analytics for the past 20 years. His experience spans both human and animal spheres. He is a notable captain of captains, holds a number of senior board memberships, and deems his greatest learning experience to be the successful raising of his family.

Born in South Africa, Johannes has been involved in the IT industry for 19 years and is also the owner of a successful Software Development business for the past 9 years. Johannes has a passion for developing software that can be applied in everyday business scenarios. His skills include PC as well as web development using Delphi, PHP and DotNet. Johannes is a qualified Glider Pilot who enjoys the freedom of a cross country flight. Now living in the US, Johannes continues with all his passions and is excited about the change that FQGlobal can bring to people’s lives.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Justin has spent over 13 years as a tennis coach working with players from around the world from the beginner level to touring pro. As a coach, he knows the value of understanding what motivates people. As a businessman working with FQGlobal, he is thrilled by the opportunity to affect positive change in the lives of people because he appreciates the value that Functional Intelligence brings to the global marketplace. Having traveled extensively his whole life, Justin is passionate about aviation and is working towards obtaining his private pilot certificate. Other interests include snow and water skiing, competitive target shooting, scuba diving, and philanthropy. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University.

Des has spent the past 10 years as an Airline Pilot. While being a successful pilot he has managed to run some very profitable businesses when he has had his feet on the ground. Des is also a property investor and owns an impressive property portfolio. He has a passion for learning and loves to see people flourish and prosper when they are placed in (their flow) the correct field. That is why he is passionate about FQGlobal and the difference it is making in so many peoples lives. He has a loving wife and two beautiful daughters and plans to revisit many of the places that impressed him while traveling as a pilot.
