The company have various offices around the world namely New Zealand, South Africa, United States of America and United Kingdom.

The company was founded by Dr. Neil Whitehouse as a sole trader and was originally known as the Inner Potential Institute which was formed in 2002. In 2007 FQGLOBAL was registered in New Zealand as a Limited company and is solely owned by Dr. Neil Whitehouse. Since 2007 FQGLOBAL has two newly registered companies in South Africa and United States of America. The company has recently established agents in the United Kingdom and India and is now in the process of establishing agents in Australia, Brazil and China.
